Shipping and Handling: All items are brand new and will be checked or tested before packing.

Items will be shipped out within 3-7 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. It is possible that some items may not be in stock when you place your order. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email as to the anticipated delivery.

Delivery time is about 3-5 business days, and it may take up to two weeks to some European countries and South American countries due to strict custom inspection.

Orders being shipped outside Japan or imported into a non-Japan country may be assessed additional fees beyond what has been calculated in the shopping cart. Such fees will be determined by the importing country based on value and type of commodity. Such fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, PST or GST may apply to all orders using the International Shipping method and is the responsibility of the receiver. International orders shipped via FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS do not include such fees. Please be aware that payments are the buyer's responsibility. Be sure to check with your customs office to determine what any additional costs are prior to buying products through our website.

International Customers - Please Note:
This company doesn't accept customer requests for returns or exchanges. It is your responsible to verify all the info before making payment. We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customer's personal preferences and ordering miss.

We are NOT responsible for any physical damage or damage caused by buyer. Returned items must be in its original package of unused condition and buyers need bear the shipping charges and full insurance cost for the items to get replaced or its faulty.

 If you suspect damage occurred during transit, please send detailed photos of the outer box and the damaged areas of the product. We will promptly process the return. Please note that if the item cannot be restocked, we will issue a refund instead.

Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently. As soon as an order is completed, the automated warehouse is put into operation, and the parts are quickly picked using part numbers managed by AI, inspected by the international transportation team, and appropriately repackaged.
